Once inside, she claims she was offered a drink that caused her to feel disoriented. The updated complaint asserts that both Jay-Z and Combs entered her room, where the assault took place. It describes Jay-Z as having undressed her and held her down while Combs also participated in the assault. The lawsuit further alleges that other attendees at the party, including another unnamed female celebrity, witnessed the incident but failed to intervene.

In response to these allegations, Jay-Z issued a vehement denial, labeling the lawsuit as an attempt at blackmail orchestrated by attorney Tony Buzbee. He stated that Buzbee’s demand letter aimed to exploit the public scrutiny surrounding the allegations for financial gain. Jay-Z emphasized his refusal to settle and urged Buzbee to pursue criminal charges instead of civil ones, arguing that anyone guilty of such acts against minors deserves imprisonment.
