
On 26 May 2026, President Museveni dropped the much-anticipated list of cabinet and state ministers of Uganda for the 2026 to 2031 term. While the massive reshuffle and new entrant is nothing short of appointing new drivers to follow the same old map, some of the few names that were actually dropped are worth a scroll through.
Here’s a list of names of former ministers from the 2021 ‘fishermen’ cabinet who didn’t make it to the new 2026 cabinet of Uganda, and who might now have to sit in Kampala traffic, without the armed lead car, just like you, friend.
